Is the Care Check really free, or is it a sales call in disguise?
It is genuinely free and there is no call unless you ask for one. You get an email with our findings. If we think a care plan would help we will say so in that email and then leave it with you.
Do you need access to my website or hosting?
Not for the Care Check. It is done entirely from the outside, the way anyone on the internet can look at your site. If you go ahead with a care plan we will then ask for the access we need to do the work.
My website was not built by Titan Blue. Can you still take it on?
Yes. Most sites we care for were built by someone else. The Care Check tells us what condition it is in first, so there are no surprises for either of us.
Is this not what my hosting company already does?
Hosting keeps the server running. That is a different job. Most hosts do not update your plugins, test that your backups restore, check whether your forms still send, or tell you when something breaks. Some offer automatic updates, which can break a site just as easily as they fix one when nobody tests the result.
What happens if my site gets hacked while it is on a care plan?
We deal with it. Malware removal, a clean restore from backup and hardening so the same way in is closed. That response is part of the plan, not an extra invoice that arrives at the worst possible moment.
How much does a website care plan cost?
Starter is $147 per month and Professional is $197 per month in Australian dollars including GST, month to month with no lock-in. Tailored plans for eCommerce and multi-site owners are quoted on request.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Care plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. Your website, your hosting and your data always remain yours.
Do you look after WooCommerce and online stores?
Yes. Stores need more care than a brochure site because a broken checkout costs money by the hour. Talk to us about a tailored plan with staging updates and checkout monitoring.
Do care plans include content changes and new pages?
The Professional plan covers maintenance, monitoring and support rather than ongoing design work. If you want a set number of hours each month for content updates and small development jobs, that is what our tailored plans are for.
